I have already done several meditations accompanying the didgeridoo with the crystal bowl, also reciting mantras in Sanskrit and harmonic chant: the effects are substantially valid to purify heart, mind and soul.

My bowl is beautiful. I absolutely love it, and am so happy with it for my gift. The qualities of it are just beautiful. I will definitely look to you again if I am looking for more bowls in the future. I have gotten a rose quartz one, and a silver one, and now the gold one, as well as a number of white ones. I played my new bowl yesterday with my family.
This morning my daughter sat and made two cards for the kids at her day care. She just wrote she loved them.

I have used the chakra singing bowls in combination with Reiki healing on a few friends and it has been powerful in many instances. The energy and vibration flows well between those two and creates a profound experience in most cases. I have also played for my own healing and manifestation work with great results.
